Position: Assistant Property Manager
We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property management, retail service, or sales and be ready to step in and support day-to-day operations.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property management, retail service, or sales and be ready to step in and support day-to-day operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base pay

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, retail, or sales
- Leasing, sales, and customer service experience preferred
- Yardi experience is a must
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic accounting and reporting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents in person with rent payments, fees, and service-related issues
- Support leasing and marketing efforts
- Help coordinate resident activities and community engagement
- Maintain resident files and support with delinquencies and documentation
- Prepare weekly reports and assist with administrative tasks
- Provide backup support to the Property Manager as needed
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm
- Must be able to step in when the Property Manager is unavailable

Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
